Leadership Circle

Peak Performance

The formula to win

A high-performance mentorship, training and execution program designed to develop leaders who can master their mindset, raise their standards, produce commercial results and multiply their leadership.

  • Think like a winner.
  • Live with discipline.
  • Execute with excellence.
  • Produce results.
The program

More than motivation.
A high-performance system.

Peak Performance is built on one conviction: success should not be an occasional event, but the consequence of how you think, how you live and how you execute every single day.

It is not just motivation, nor exclusively a sales school. It is the combination of personal development, high performance, commercial skills, execution and leadership.

Five dimensions of an extraordinary person

  • Mindset
  • Physical condition
  • Productivity
  • Visibility
  • Leadership

The transformation

Three levels of evolution.

Personal mastery

I learn to lead myself

Becoming the leader of yourself: managing your energy, handling your emotions, controlling your schedule and keeping your commitments.

Production

I generate results

Stop confusing being busy with building a business: prospect, present, follow up, sell and measure your activity.

Multiplication

I develop leaders

Move beyond individual production: develop people who are also able to execute, sell and lead.

A salesperson produces results. A true leader develops people capable of producing results.

The five pillars

The heart of the Daily Execution Board.

Mind / State

Building a winning mindset, managing emotions, practicing gratitude, keeping clear goals and making time for learning.

You cannot always control circumstances, but you can train your response to them.

Body / Energy

Daily exercise, nutrition, hydration, rest and habits that sustain physical performance.

Your body is a fundamental tool for sustaining performance.

Production

Conversations, presentations, follow-ups, closings, customers, enrollments, reorders and revenue.

Commercial activity must be measurable.

Visibility

Building a digital presence, communicating product value, sharing experiences and attracting prospects through content.

If you want to expand your opportunities, you need to expand your presence.

Leadership

Developing key leaders, supporting closings, launching new ambassadors and building teams that do not permanently depend on one person.

Leadership is also measured by the capability you build in others.

The key is balance: a leader can sell very well, but if they do not develop others, they limit their growth. Peak Performance builds more complete leaders.

Daily execution

The production standard.

Follow-ups

1

Target closing

These numbers work as operational reference goals; real results depend on the quality of the conversations, conversions and the market. The goal is to turn execution into a habit, not a last-minute reaction before month-end.

The tools

Not everything depends on the live session.

Daily Execution Board

The central tool for tracking each participant's performance. Each pillar is worth 20 points: completing all five means 100% of the daily standard. It also records sales, new customers, ambassadors, the day's three priorities and the main bottleneck.

Weekly Operations Plan

The document that connects monthly ambition with the week's real schedule: rank goal, sales, volume and income, the three priorities with date and time, the key leaders to develop and what to avoid.

Bottleneck Diagnosis

A walk through the commercial opportunity — prospecting, conversation, presentation, follow-up, closing and duplication — to identify exactly where each leader needs to improve, instead of simply asking them to work harder.

Opportunity-Creation Scripts

Material for prospecting, inviting, qualifying prospects and following up. The commercial philosophy is not to chase or pressure people, but to open conversations, identify needs and present opportunities professionally.

The curriculum

Six schools of training.

Winner's psychology

Identity, standards, beliefs, confidence, emotional state, focus

Discipline and productivity

Habits, time management, priorities, consistency, execution

Professional sales

Prospecting, communication, presentation, follow-up, objections and closings

Leadership development

Influence, responsibility, multiplying leadership, team building

Business growth

Revenue, commercial activity, retention, duplication and using the system

Purpose and vision

Goals, personal growth, building the future and legacy

Psychology prepares the leader to act. Discipline sustains the action. Commercial skill turns part of that activity into results. And leadership multiplies what has been learned.

The methodology

Every session, six moments.

  1. Ignite

A powerful opening that sparks reflection.

  2. Teach

    A practical, profound principle.

  3. Connect

Relating the lesson to life and business.

  4. Equip

Delivering a tool, technique or methodology.

  5. Execute

Defining an action to be taken that same day.

  6. Anchor

    Closing with a memorable idea.

The philosophy

Win your day.

Excellence is built daily.

Discipline builds freedom.

Future results require present commitments.

Life does not reward effort, it rewards results.

Effort matters, but its effectiveness must also be measured.

Stop being the center; become the beginning.

True leadership develops others.

The mission

To develop high-performance leaders capable of mastering themselves, executing with discipline, producing extraordinary results and multiplying their leadership.

The formative promise

To turn knowledge into action, action into results and results into sustainable leadership.

Peak Performance does not train people who need to hear Jonathan every day in order to get to work: it builds leaders who, thanks to what they have learned, know exactly what to do even when he is not present.
